Job Description

Castelion is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent acquisition function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and can take ownership of critical recruiting operations while contributing to the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will partner closely with recruiting, HR, and hiring teams to coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. This is a 100% onsite position based at our Torrance, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and travel logistics for candidates and teams
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and professional experience from application through offer
  • Support recruiters with sourcing, outreach, and pre-screening as needed
  • Own administrative aspects of recruiting: offer letters, background checks, onboarding paperwork, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
  • Partner with recruiting and HR leadership to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance the recruiting function

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience (preferably in technical or high-growth environments)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Must be able to work onsite at Castelion's Torrance, CA headquarters full-time

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting technical or engineering hiring
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

Capable of tactfully managing relationships with stakeholders to achieve company-desired outcomes without compromising relationships. Emails, IMs and verbal interactions are logical, drive clarity, and detailed enough to eliminate ambiguity.

While this position does not currently require a U.S government-issued security clearance, it may in the near future. Therefore, the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government–issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
