As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of defense technology, modifying KC-130J aircraft. As a Quality Supervisor on the LAIRCM Program you will augment a team of 3-4 employees, ensuring the quality of maintenance and modification of KC-130J aircraft. This is a hands-on role which requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team on-site at the subcontractor’s facilities in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance professionals in ensuring the quality of aircraft maintenance and modifications
• Coordinate with maintenance crews, military personnel, and subcontractors to ensure successful completion of quality assurance tasks
• Perform, and/or be involved in, aircraft maintenance/mod buyoffs, inspection, and testing of KC-130J aircraft
• Review technical data and manage publications for maintenance & mod planning and troubleshooting – Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance performed, and initiate squawks (over & above’s) as necessary

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (HS+8)

• Prior aircraft maintenance training and supervisory experience

• Experience with MS Office Suite and computer/typing skills

• Ability to use basic hand tools and flightline support equipment

• O-level troubleshooting experience on military aircraft systems

• Formal training in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Prior military aircraft maintenance experience/training

• Certified 5-Level or equivalent

• Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) publications and Portable Maintenance Aids

• Test & evaluation experience

• Recent hands-on experience

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Technical expertise in aircraft maintenance and modification

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66400 - $112880

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
