As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of defense technology, modifying KC-130J aircraft. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and apply your technical expertise in aircraft modification, maintenance, and ground test evolutions of C-130 aircraft systems.
As a Quality Supervisor on the LAIRCM Program you will augment a team of 3-4 employees, ensuring the quality of maintenance and modification of KC-130J aircraft. This is a hands-on role which requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team on-site at the subcontractor’s facilities in Oklahoma City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals in ensuring the quality of aircraft maintenance and modifications
- Coordinate with maintenance crews, military personnel, and subcontractors to ensure successful completion of quality assurance tasks
- Perform, and/or be involved in, aircraft maintenance/mod buyoffs, inspection, and testing of KC-130J aircraft
- Review technical data and manage publications for maintenance & mod planning and troubleshooting – Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance performed, and initiate squawks (over & above’s) as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent (HS+8)
Prior aircraft maintenance training and supervisory experience
Experience with MS Office Suite and computer/typing skills
Ability to use basic hand tools and flightline support equipment
O-level troubleshooting experience on military aircraft systems
Formal training in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting
Prior military aircraft maintenance experience/training
Certified 5-Level or equivalent
Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) publications and Portable Maintenance Aids
Test & evaluation experience
Recent hands-on experience
FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Technical expertise in aircraft maintenance and modification

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66400 - $112880
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
