The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator.
The Project Coordinator supports our Services Integration and Management (SIAM) Office. This position is forward facing with our Customer and will lead our Deliverables, CDRLs, and Communications for the Program.
Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities:
· Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
· Possesses excellent Coordination Management skills
· Acts as a single point of contact with Customer for all requests
· Follows through and track all activities between Branch, COTR, Contracting Officer (CO), and Program Managers (PMs)
· Communicates pending and final actions with PMO/PMs and documents all resulting changes
· Acts as a single point of contact for all SSI submissions of deliverables, CDRLs, and ECPs
· Manages, prepares, and submits briefings and deliverables for both the Customer and the Program
· Updates and submits relevant Program CDRLs
· Manages COTR data calls
· Manages Training Requests
· Facilitates monthly COTR meetings and Program Management Review (PMR) meetings
· Prepares Team Communications
Qualifications:
Required:
- An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS - preferably in Management/English/Communications) or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years work related experience
- Experience with delivering Customer reporting requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with large teams and multiple team leads
- ITIL 4 certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
