Boeing has an immediate need for a Associate or Mid-Level Programmer Analyst within Enterprise Business Systems group. Located in Renton, WA or St. Louis, MO areas.
Position is primarily remote with occasional visits to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- This candidate will support Finance System related applications and will perform the following:
- Skilled .NET developer to provide application support for BAM, MCTR, and BPPV applications.
- Develop and maintain ASP.NET/MVC applications using C# or VB.NET.
- Design and optimize MSSQL schemas, stored procedures, and queries for performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (AMP pipeline) and integrate with GitLab CI/CD, including Runners, Container/Package Registry, and protected variables.
- Deploy and operate services on AWS, including S3, EC2/EBS, RDS, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
- Ensure secure secret handling using Secrets Manager/SSM, GitLab protected variables, and adhere to OIDC/IAM best practices.
- Automate builds, tests, security scans, packaging, and deployments; implement rollback strategies as needed.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, monitoring, and the creation of runbooks.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills)
- 2+ years of Program Analyst experience as described in the list of job duties above
- 2+ years of experience building web applications with ASP.NET (Core or Framework) and MVC.
- Strong proficiency in C#;
- Solid MSSQL/SQL skills, including schema design, indexing, query tuning, and stored procedures.
- Practical experience with CI/CD processes, specifically using AMP pipeline and GitLab CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, EC2/EBS, RDS, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
- Proficient in Git (GitLab) workflows, including branching, merge requests, and pipeline-as-code.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, as well as secure coding practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program Analyst experience as described in the list of job duties above
- 5+ years of experience building web applications with ASP.NET (Core or Framework) and MVC.
- Familiarity with running Netsparker and Coverity scans, including integration into CI processes and placeholder management.
- Familiarity with VB.NET is a plus.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Associates:
St. Louis - $91,800 - $117,000
Seattle - $98,100 - $125,000
Mid-Level:
St. Louis - $114,300 - $146,000
Seattle - $122,400 - $156,000
