Functional Leadership
- Contributes to the professional/technical direction and strategic decisions for own function
- Translates and implements functional policies and programs

- Has responsibility for the function and reports to the site/ SBU head (and/ or to a Home Office functional leader).
Essential Functions
- Has P&L responsibilities for a specific program(s).
- Oversees corporate program(s), typically consisting of multiple programs or sub-programs.
- Establishes and implements program management strategies to ensure programs adhere to high quality standards and achieve business objectives.
- Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.
- Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
- Liaise between functional departments, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and strategic plans are communicated.
- Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
- Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.
- Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and presents updates to senior leadership
- Indirectly lead the work of other employees and may also have responsibility for their personal and or career development.
Required Qualifications
- Required education and experience:Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred education and experience:Bachelor's Degree
- Discipline/Major:Business degree preferred
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to develop and mentor others. Management skills. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Program management skills.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
- Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
