Overview

This position will support the execution of the various D445 SWS/SWSS Trainer programs.

  • Support and maintain various Microsoft Project schedules to support design, material procurement, production, and installation of all US and UK SWSS Training and Test Facilities
  • Maintain Action Item databases for all US and UK SWSS Training and Test Facilities
  • Facilitate various EB, Government, and Vendor production and installation status meetings
  • Provide program and engineering status updates to management regarding potential impacts to all US and UK SWSS Training and Test Facilities
  • Provide program status updates to SSP, and other government customers as required by management
  • Interface with Vendors, Purchasing, Materials, Planning, etc to coordinate production and installation efforts
  • Establish and maintain EVMS metrics for all US and UK SWSS Training and Test Facilities


Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in management of multiple tasks
  • Coordination and direction of cross functional teams
  • MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Access


Qualifications

Required:

  • Associates degree or higher OR 1+ years of relevant U.S. Navy experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 4+ years of experience related to Project Management
  • Proficient in MS Office

Preferred:

  • 1-3 years of experience related to SWS/SWSS
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • Familiarity with EB tools including Oracle, Artemis, PCM, ELCADD, SPARS, MRPII, Logiquest, CPC, and AMPS
