BCA Supply Chain Operations Functional Excellence has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Everett, Washington. The Procurement Analyst will join the Supply Chain Digital Transformation team focused on implementing SAP S/4 as BCA’s new ERP system for Supply Chain functions.

Organizational Change Management (OCM) plays a critical role in analyzing, prioritizing, introducing, socializing, and minimizing impacts from large-scale changes that result from people, process, or technology shifts. This position focuses on OCM’s role in supporting the ERPLN to SAP transition. We are looking for dynamic, curious, and innovative individuals with strong supply chain domain knowledge, proven ability to design and deliver cross‑functional integrations. You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology to drive design, testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Position oversees analyzing change impacts, prioritizing resources to focus on critical changes
  • Catalog and track actions to mitigate change impacts, develop training content to equip impacted sites
  • Facilitate necessary documentation (Command Media) updates to correspond with the introduction of a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • Design end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems.
  • Support test plans, support SIT, UAT, and ensure training material support future state processes.
  • Contribute to cut-over planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post go‑live stabilization activities.
  • Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
  • 5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
  • Experience in Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills.
  • Experience with organizational change management best practices

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices & processes
  • 10 + years of experience in ERP systems, and related Supply Chain system products
  • 10+ years of experience with training development
  • 10+ years of experience with SAP
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • Experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
  • Experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650

Level 4: $118,150 - $159,850
