Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Analysts to join our Reliability team in Everett, Washington for a Mid-Level (Level 3) and/or Senior (Level 4). This position may require you to travel between Everett, Washington and Seattle, Washington sites. 

The Procurement Analyst’s statement of work consists of a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to; management of supplier quality, on time completion and delivery of engineering product data,  data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical action items, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. Position Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable working closely with suppliers, managing the distribution of engineering product data through the Boeing Supplier Electronic Data System (SEDS) tool for visibility and accountability
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to track status and provide updates on any changes. Address and resolve issues related to data requirements, and escalate unresolved issues to manager and appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
  • Review and monitor supplier data requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness before publishing documents to the website, within the suppliers' indicated Estimated Completion Dates (ECD).
  • Responsible to process data distribution requirements for engineering product definition data (drawings, documents, parts lists, specifications) and the maintenance of the Keep Up to Date (KUTD) requirements for suppliers/partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Oversight and facilitation of team meetings, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain
  • Development of tools to improve team productivity
  • Extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key suppliers and internal performance-to-plan.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
  • Seek collaboration and coordination with internal teams and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond.
  • Report out supplier performance status in regular team meetings.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
  • 5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
  • Must be able to travel domestically as needed 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 7+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
  • Experience managing supplier’s accountability and quality commitments to on time delivery

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $94,350 -$116,000

Level 4: $118,150 - $146,000
