Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence and Supplier Collaboration team in Auburn, Washington or Everett, Washington.

This role supports BCA Supply Chain contract requirements related to the access, distribution, exchange, and receipt of engineering data across the BCA supplier base.

As Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant distribution of engineering product definition data to suppliers and partners. You will be responsible for maintaining Keep Up To Date (KUTD) requirements and tools within enterprise distribution systems, while ensuring all supplier and partner data distribution complies with applicable export control regulations. In addition, you will help maintain current supplier information within Boeing distribution systems and coordinate across multiple internal organizations, including Procurement Agents, Supplier Quality, Export Compliance, Enterprise Production Systems, and Customer Airline Support.

The ideal Procurement Analyst is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting customer satisfaction and service level agreements. Strong communication skills, the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, and experience working both independently and in team settings are essential for success in this role.

This position is required to be on site in Auburn, or Everett Washington 5 days per week.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Distribute engineering product definition data to BCA supply base

  • Maintain Keep Up To Date (KUTD) requirements and tools within Enterprise wide distribution systems

  • Ensure export compliance requirements are followed for supplier and partner distribution.

  • Keep supplier/partner information up to date within Boeing distribution systems

  • Coordinate with Boeing Procurement Agents, Supplier Quality, Export Compliance, Enterprise Production Systems, Customer Airline Support

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service level agreements are met

  • Provide system support as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management / Supply Chain

  • 1 + years experience in performing data analysis

  • 1+ years experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience working both independently and in team environments

  • Ability to work flexible hours and/or non-standard shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Adapts quickly and effectively to work within new work structures, processes, and requirements

  • Use of Boeing distribution systems applications (ADADS/SPDM, REDARS, PDM, ENOVIA)

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Access)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $80,170 – 101,200
