Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)Supply Chainis looking forexperiencedProcurement Agents (Level 3 and Level 4)to join our777 Value Stream Integration TeaminEverett, Washington.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. This is a first shift position (expected start time between 5:00am to 6:00am).
This position willprovidethe exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, integrating across supply chain, factory, engineering, and other key stakeholders to resolve issuesimpactingproduction. Ideal candidates will be comfortable communicating with leadership and have experience presenting to large groups.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops strong relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, including the ability to gain rapport
Work directly with supplier and operations to resolve emergent issues
Assistswith continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders to drive improvements and meet the needs of our internal and external customers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
Demonstrated experiencein business process modeling, process management, integrated systems thinking, and/or process improvement methods
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education(e.g.college, university, technical school, programs,etc)and experience
Ability to integrate cross-functionally
Experience driving execution with evolving information
Ability to communicate change status,and risk to leadership
Experience in SAP or other ERP system implementations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 3Summary pay range: $99,900– 116,550
Level 4Summary pay range: $125,100 – 145,950
