Boeing Global Services Government (BGS-G) has an exciting growth opportunity to join the Government Strategic Contracting organization in Dallas, TX.

You will play a crucial role in supporting mainly government contracting efforts for programs such as C17, F15 and more. The Procurement Agent is responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and securing the best value for The Boeing Company.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies

  • Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions

  • Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management

  • Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

  • Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ year of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

  • 1+ year of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

  • 1+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

  • 3+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

  • 3+ years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range Associate: $54,000.00 - $76,000.00

Summary pay range Experienced: $66,000.00 - $94,000.00
