Role Overview

As a Process Engineer, you will define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment, and validate design specifications for new products, tools, or equipment. This role is on-site and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing excellence. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of GE Aerospace’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor applications for new products, tools, or equipment.
  • Broaden knowledge of technical disciplines to execute policies and strategies.
  • Resolve technical issues within established procedures and consult senior team members for complex challenges.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customers and GE Aerospace.
  • Explain technical information to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).
  • Basic experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.

Additional Information:

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
  • Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America)
  • Background and drug screening required.
  • Physical requirements may include standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment.
