You will work hands-on to prototype with NVIDIA’s own Agentic AI platform, building secure, scalable, and trustworthy AI agents that integrate into enterprise systems. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to frame opportunities, align on KPIs, and lead teams from experimentation to enterprise adoption.

This is an outstanding opportunity to merge forward-thinking leadership with practical implementation within one of the top AI companies globally. Come onboard to influence the progress of autonomous AI by driving enterprise change, AI creativity, and collaborating effectively!

What you will be doing:

  • Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI agents that revolutionize IT, employee, and business workflows.

  • Invent and prototype new projects using the latest agentic AI architectures, frameworks, and tools, validate ideas with teams, and scale successful solutions into enterprise deployments.

  • Collaborate with customers to find opportunities, clarify challenges, and establish key performance indicators and success metrics that connect AI agents to quantifiable business results.

  • Lead discovery and envisioning sessions with business and IT leaders to shape future-state processes powered by AI.

  • Build hands-on proofs-of-concept to guide engineering teams toward scalable enterprise implementations. Python proficiency required.

  • Architect integrations of AI agents with enterprise systems (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR, finance, supply chain) for end-to-end automation.

  • Establish frameworks for evaluation, observability, and security guardrails to ensure trust, compliance, and safe enterprise adoption.

  • Mentor and inspire teams, driving adoption of AI agent best practices while shaping enterprise-wide roadmaps.

What we need to see:

  • 15+ years in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or intelligent automation, with at least 3+ years working in AI/Gen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.

  • Proven track record of reimagining enterprise processes and delivering measurable transformation through technology.

  • Proficient in developing and testing AI agent solutions on a practical level and strategic scale.

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence executives and align diverse teams.

  • Ability to balance visionary strategy with practical execution.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Proven track record in crafting and implementing AI solutions for enterprises on a large scale. Programming language proficiency in Python, Agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI, hands-on familiarity with LLM models, deep-research models, planning and reasoning frameworks.

  • Deep expertise in agent orchestration, reasoning models, and multi-agent communication frameworks.

  • Experience in defining and implementing evaluation metrics for AI agents.

  • Strong background in enterprise compliance, governance, and AI risk management.

  • Recognized thought leadership in AI/GenAI or enterprise transformation (e.g., open-source contributions, papers, patents, talks, blogs).

About Nvidia

Nvidia

NVIDIA is one of the most influential technology companies in the world, powering the modern era of artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, graphics, and autonomous systems. Originally known for its leadership in gaming GPUs, NVIDIA has evolved into the backbone of AI infrastructure, designing the chips, software, and systems that train and deploy large-scale AI models used across industries from healthcare and robotics to autonomous vehicles and scientific computing.

For job seekers, NVIDIA offers opportunities at the forefront of deep tech, spanning software engineering, AI research, systems engineering, hardware design, networking, robotics, and developer tools. A major focus of its work is the CUDA software platform and AI ecosystem, which enables developers to program GPUs at massive scale and has become foundational to modern machine learning and data center computing. This makes NVIDIA especially attractive to engineers, researchers, and technologists who want to work directly on the infrastructure powering today’s AI revolution.

Unlike traditional hardware companies, NVIDIA operates as a full-stack computing platform company, integrating silicon, systems, and software into a unified ecosystem. Employees may work on everything from GPU architecture and data center systems to AI frameworks, simulation platforms like Omniverse, and autonomous vehicle technology through the DRIVE platform. This breadth allows teams to operate at the intersection of research and production-scale deployment, with direct impact on global computing infrastructure.

As demand for AI, accelerated computing, and autonomous systems continues to grow rapidly, NVIDIA remains one of the most important employers in technology and advanced engineering. For professionals seeking a high-impact career at the center of AI development—where breakthroughs quickly translate into real-world systems at global scale—NVIDIA stands out as one of the most dynamic and sought-after destinations in the industry.
