Job Description

Amentum is seeking a dynamic _Publicly Available Information (PAI) Operations and Analytics Integrator_ with knowledge and experience in using PAI and commercially available tools to integrate information into regional partner nation’s common operating pictures (COP) to support the JIATF-West Blue Pacific Cooperative (BPC) Program at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze and recommend commercially available services to meet all-source analysis, visualization and remote sensing, to support Partner Nation (PN) Fusion Center missions, and operational plans.
  • Develop training periods of instruction (POI), tailored courseware, and deliver instruction to support designated international PN current and future maritime operations, including introducing proven analytical solutions, evaluating collections and analytic platforms, and presenting information tactics, techniques & procedures (TTP).
  • Assist designated PN with analytical standard operating procedure (SOP) refinements using established best practices.
  • Provide and oversee high-value analysis, assessment, research and testing and evaluation (T&E) of commercially available analytic and remote sensing platforms to integrate them into fusion center planning and operations.
  • Identify operational use-cases for enhancements in analytics and integration capabilities and provide insights on options that may translate into system efficiencies and upgrades.
  • Construct value-added analytic and integration products to enhance situational awareness of supported fusion centers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree or military equivalent or eight years’ experience conducting All-Source Intelligence Analysis with focus on PAI / Open-Source in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of eight years’ experience working within the All-Source Intelligence Analysis field, with a minimum of six years’ experience constructing value-added intelligence support products.
  • Minimum two years’ experience working within the Indo-Pacific region.
  • Experience constructing and teaching All-Source Intelligence Analysis training material.
  • Have a firm understanding of assets and platforms that conduct Collections and Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR), including Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA).
  • Experience supporting Common Operating Picture (COP) and Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) management.
  • Knowledge of commercially available Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Platforms, such as SeaVision, Windward, Starboard Maritime Intelligence Platform, and/or Skylight.
  • Knowledge of commercially available remote sensing systems such as Vantor, Umbra Space, Hawkeye 360, and/or BlackSky.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team to identify and analyze problems and proactively find solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate via written and verbal avenues with all technical levels, from analyst to senior leaders.
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to improve workflow processes.
  • Must have an active TS with SCI eligibility clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a TS Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ten years’ experience working as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst.
  • Experience using commercially available analytic and visualization platforms, including Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) platforms.
  • Experience supporting Maritime Security portfolios, including Counter Illegal, Unregulated, Unreported Fishing (C-IUUF) and counter transnational crime operations.
  • Experience working with and understanding remote sensing systems, to include cyber and space-based Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR).

Compensation & Benefits

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $125K - $145K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
