Operations Program Manager II

Job Description F-35 Block 4 Development is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in driving the future of F35 portfolio. The ideal candidate will be supporting critical deliverables including:

• Achieving critical program milestones for internal/external customers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, factory, program, and supply chain stakeholders to drive program success
• Proactively managing budgets and overseeing Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control

This role is key to providing the warfighter critical capabilities in a timely manner while ensuring the long-term success of the F35 product line.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, and six or more years of experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage complex issues, and drive teams to meet deadlines and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage major projects
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Aerospace/Defense experience, with focus areas in Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and/or Manufacturing
• experience with cost account management (CAM)
• Master’s Degree, PMP

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
