Summary

Job Description

NVIDIA seeks a forward-thinking Solutions Architect to lead as the main technical authority for our Federal partnership. This significant role involves linking NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform with Federal infrastructure. You will assist U.S. Government agencies and Contractors in developing the next generation of "Sovereign AI."

You will lead the technical strategy for the AI Factory with NVIDIA. You will ensure Federal customers—from the DoD and Intelligence Community to Civilian agencies—can deploy Generative AI at scale. You are part architect, part developer advocate, and part strategic advisor. You move comfortably from deep-code optimizations to C-Suite mission briefings.

You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the lead technical expert for Federal accounts and FSIs. Encourage the use of NVIDIA-on-OEM architectures by developing strategic solutions and conducting in-depth technical workshops.

  • Full-Stack Infrastructure Architecture: Define and optimize the "AI Factory" for Federal use cases, integrating NVIDIA solutions through OEM server, storage, and NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking into cohesive, high-performance mission solutions.

  • Lead the development of POCs and guide the integration of the NVIDIA software stack. This includes NIM, NeMo, Dynamo, and TensorRT-LLM. The integration targets production-grade environments for workloads such as DSP, GEOINT, and Cyber Analytics.

  • Provide the technical expertise needed to navigate complex AI clusters within Federal security frameworks. These include FedRAMP, IL5/IL6, and air-gapped (SCIF) environments.

  • Act as a strategic conduit between Federal customers and NVIDIA engineering teams. Translate outstanding public sector requirements into actionable feedback. Influence future GPU, networking, and software roadmaps.

What We Need To See:

  • A BS, MS, or PhD degree or equivalent experience in fields like CS, EE, or Physics is required. Candidates should possess more than 10 years of professional experience. At least 7 years must involve technical pre-sales or architecture roles supporting U.S. Federal missions (DoD, IC, or Civilian).

  • Infrastructure & Data Center Mastery: Expert knowledge of full-stack data center architecture, including x86/ARM systems, high-performance storage solutions, and low-latency networking (InfiniBand/RDMA).

  • Hands-on experience covers the entire AI lifecycle. This includes data curation, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and large-scale inference orchestration with Kubernetes or Slurm.

  • Strategic Mission Communication: Outstanding ability to translate complex AI architectures into mission-relevant outcomes for GS-level leadership while maintaining deep technical credibility with engineers and data scientists.

  • Operational Agility & Leadership: A self-starter approach with the proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects within a fast-paced and multifaceted OEM partner ecosystem.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Dell Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience with Dell PowerEdge GPU servers and Dell’s management software (OpenManage, APEX).

  • Active Security Clearance: An active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI) is highly preferred.

  • Developer Depth: Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and CUDA, with experience profiling and optimizing code for GPU acceleration.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep technical background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Cybersecurity, or Autonomous Systems.

  • Ecosystem Influence: Experience working with major Defense Contractors (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman) to integrate AI into mission platforms.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until April 24, 2026.
