About CACI

CACI

CACI is a leading U.S. defense and intelligence technology company that supports some of the most critical missions across the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and federal civilian agencies. With decades of experience in cybersecurity, electronic warfare, software development, and mission systems, CACI focuses on helping government customers modernize operations and respond to rapidly evolving national security threats.

For job seekers, CACI offers opportunities to work across a wide range of high-impact fields, including software engineering, cyber operations, intelligence analysis, IT modernization, communications, and defense systems engineering. The company is especially attractive to veterans, cleared professionals, and mission-driven technologists, with a significant portion of its workforce holding security clearances and military experience. CACI careers often involve directly supporting operational missions where performance and reliability matter in real time.

Unlike pure product companies, CACI operates at the intersection of consulting, engineering, and mission support—building and integrating systems that help the U.S. government improve decision-making, secure networks, and maintain battlefield and intelligence superiority. Employees often work on long-term government programs involving cloud migration, electronic warfare, counter-drone systems, and enterprise IT modernization across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains.

As national security priorities continue to shift toward cyber defense, AI-enabled systems, and rapid modernization of government infrastructure, CACI remains a major employer in the defense services ecosystem. For professionals seeking stable, mission-focused work with strong demand for technical talent and opportunities to support real-world operations, CACI continues to stand out as a top-tier defense industry employer.
