Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist – Radiography Test (level 2) join our Tube Duct Reservoir Center team in Algona, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment to controlled standards

  • Assists in the documentation of procedures for setting up test equipment.  

  • Analyzes routine test, inspection or statistical data to determine product and processes conformity

  • Assists with standard corrective action recommendations

  • Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results

  • Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Willing and able to travel 5% of the time

  • Able to lift 30lbs on a frequent basis

  • Willing and able to work variable shifts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments.

  • 1+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining.

  • Current or prior certification from American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT)/NAS410-Compliant Level 2 or 3 in Radiographic Testing (800 hours of documented On the Job Training and 80 hours of compliant classroom training

  • Experience with Film Radiography (RT) or Computed Tomography (CT)

Union:

This is a union-represented position.

Summary Pay Range: $62,050 - $83,950
