SAIC is in need of a Metrics Data Analyst/Database Developer to support our Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment program in Lakehurst, New Jersey.

This role requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. Must be a US citizen. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • The candidate for this position shall be responsible for processing database integration from multiple file and database formats (flat files, excel, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
  • The Data Analyst shall develop documents and scripts supporting load methods, data verifications, and testing methods

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience with one or more years of related experience is required
  • A four year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Must have experience in handling feed (many formats: flat file, database to database, excels) development and processing across multiple networks
  • Applicants selected for this position will require an active or interim DoD Secret clearance to start
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, MS Project, MS Visio

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP)
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL Server development (SQL Queries, stored procedures, schema, performance improvement
  • Knowledge of Transact-SQL
  • Knowledge of Tableau Software Products
  • Prior SSRS (MS SQL Server Reporting Services) development
  • Prior SSIS (MS SQL Server Integration Services) development
  • C++, C# or working knowledge of programming languages (JAVA, etc. a plus)
  • Qlik Sense or other business intelligence (BI) visual data analytic tool
  • Python Development or R Development
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
  • CompTia Security+ certification
  • Current Secret Clearance

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
