Job Description: Calibration Monitor

The Calibration Monitor supports manufacturing operations by tracking calibrated assets and coordinating their removal, replacement, and return to service. This role works closely with Operations, Test Engineering, and the Calibration Lab to ensure equipment remains compliant, operational, and available to support production.

Essential Functions

  • Track calibrated assets and generate weekly reports for equipment due for calibration.
  • Coordinate asset movement between the calibration lab and factory areas.
  • Work with Operations and Test Engineering to schedule replacement and validation activities.
  • Support minor station and equipment repairs related to asset replacement.
  • Assist with repair or replacement of damaged or non-repairable assets.
  • Use NI MAX software to communicate with GPIB- and IP-based equipment.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and frequently lift 10 to 20 pounds.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience; or
  • Associate degree or other post-secondary education with 0–2 years of related experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Harris test systems and NI MAX software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Understanding of manufacturing systems, production processes, and technical equipment.
  • Ability to identify issues and support continuous improvement efforts.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
