Join the F-35 final assembly Production Engineering team, where innovation meets precision. As a Manufacturing Engineer Senior, you will bring expertise and independence to solve complex manufacturing challenges. This dynamic role bridges shop floor operations and engineering solutions, ensuring seamless production of one of the most advanced fighter jets in the world.

What You Will Be Doing
• Collaborate directly with the shop floor to resolve real-time build cycle issues.
• Address non-conformance issues, design and troubleshoot tooling, and execute root cause/corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and other support groups to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain build documentation, including Manufacturing Plans, Tooling Requirements Forms, and Corrective Action Plans.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities, designing and developing creative solutions to optimize processes.
• Partner with teams such as MRB, Production Control, Quality Engineering, and other manufacturing engineering groups.
• Support overtime activities as needed to meet production goals.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
•Prior experience on F-35 or other military aircraft required
•Experience developing manufacturing processes
•Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and principles as well as work measurements and labor standards
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering, Manufacturing or other Technical field
• Demonstrated proficiency in our 3D modeling systems, such as VAS or CATIA.
•Previous experience in aircraft structural repairs.
•Familiarization with F-35 build sequence and co-producers.
•Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, SFM, Product Data Manager (PDM) and other LM Aero systems.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
