This position will be located in Bellevue, NE. The qualified applicant will become part of the Official Information eXchange (OIX) Program. Roles include functional management, program management support activities, customer liaison, product development, help desk management, and commercial product proposal activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) certification and accreditation processes
- Experience working with IC program management teams
- Experience managing program cost, schedule, and staffing
- Must have an active Department of Defense Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven Functional Manager experience
- Proven experience operating and managing Secure Messaging, Legacy Messaging, and Cross Domain Solution Products
- Ability to lead/manage a diverse team including engineering, testing, and customer support teams
- Experience with the full lifecycle of commercial product development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with changing priorities and focus
- An active Top Secret/SCI clearance
