- Oversee contract deliverables, ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and performance metrics.
- Generate status reports, risk assessments, and corrective action plans for leadership review.
- **Technical Development & Issue Management**
- Direct design, integration, and testing of signature‑related technologies (stealth, EM, IR, etc.).
- Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution of technical anomalies across the F‑35/IFG portfolio.
- **Team & Talent Management**
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of engineers and specialists (25 000+ global workforce context).
- Conduct career‑development planning, performance coaching, and succession‑ready staffing.
- **Stakeholder Relationship Management**
- Serve as primary liaison to internal program offices, external customers, and partner organizations.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with the customer community, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables.
- **Leadership Communication**
- Provide concise briefings up the leadership chain, across peer groups, and to all team members.
- Translate technical status into actionable information for senior decision‑makers.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Required.
• Signature Management expertise is required within an SM&S discipline: Signature Integration, Low Observables Materials and Processes or Supportable Low Observables.
• Candidate should be knowledgeable of all program phases as they relate to Signature encompassing Modernization, Production and Sustainment.
• Leadership experience in diverse and dynamic team environment/organization
• Program management experience in managing programs delivering successful cost, schedule and financial outcomes
Desired Skills:
• Master's degree preferred.
• Full knowledge of F-35 LOHAS and LOHAS baseline products and processes
• Full knowledge of F-22 SAS system
• Experience in running computational electromagnetic (CEM) RCS (Radar Cross Section) prediction software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the proven ability to communicate to all levels internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to drive closure and resolve technical issues/challenges
• Experience in developing technical talent and building pipelines to sustain technical expertise within the organization
• Experience with both production and development programs
• Proven experience in developing strategies and translating them into action and results
• Wide variety of customer experience and exposure across Lines of Business
• Top Secret Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
