Gecko’s Legal team moves fast and touches every corner of the company. We’re looking for a Legal Operations Coordinator to own the engine that keeps it running: contract reviews, customer and vendor administration, NDAs, e-signatures, and the steady stream of requests that flow in from teams across Gecko. You’ll be the operational backbone of a small, high-trust team.

What You Will Do

  • Review vendor and customer contracts using Gecko’s first-pass AI tooling

  • Triage requests to the Contracts and Legal team

  • Support the NDA lifecycle (managing workflow, reviewing redlines against company playbook, etc.)

  • Run e-signature operations (DocuSign)

  • Own Legal tools and software (Ironclad, AI tools, etc.)

  • Set up new vendors and subcontractors

  • Support new customer onboarding (registration forms, questionnaires, etc.)

  • Maintain the team’s internal resources

  • Provide additional team support, as needed

About You

Required Skills

  • Ideally 1+ years of relevant experience in an operations, administrative, paralegal, or coordinator role

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ownership of deadlines

  • Comfortable learning and operating new software systems

  • Excited to use AI to move faster, not wary of it

  • Sound judgment on what’s routine versus what needs to be escalated

  • Ability to juggle many time-sensitive tasks across stakeholders without losing the thread

  • High agency operator who surfaces and tackles blockers

  • Discretion with confidential and sensitive information

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to NDAs, vendor contracts, and legal workflows

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Atlassian Suite, DocuSign, Ironclad, AI tools

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is willing to wear multiple hats with shifting priorities
