Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required (preferably at the date of hire, or must be obtainable within a reasonable period of time). Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
As a Lead Systems Engineer (Sr Adv Systems Eng) for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS), you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex systems within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, project management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Extensive Experience in Systems Engineering: Demonstrated expertise in systems engineering, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, and testing.

Technical Leadership: Past experience in leading technical teams or projects, with a track record of driving innovation and successfully implementing advanced technical solutions.
Experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS): Proficiency in using EVMS to monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and technical performance standards.

Combined Salary Range
USD $135,774.80 - USD $150,625.20 /Yr.
