Job Description

The L3Harris Tactical Missions & Cyber Division is seeking a Program Financial Analyst (PFA) to serve as a key partner on the Beyond Line-of-Sight radios and EOD Robotics product teams. The PFA will be responsible for the execution of program finance processes and deliverables; inclusive of standard pricing, cost modeling, inventory planning, Orders/Sales/Profit/Cash management and reporting, and continual process improvement objectives.


Essential Functions:

  • Key business partner to the BLOS and Robotics product line PM’s.
  • Perform weekly and monthly analysis of key financial trends including cost versus plan, shipments planning, open commitments review, and cash collection metrics.
  • Partner with Program Management and functional support teammates to develop forward-looking projections of inventory needs and inventory reserve/risk analysis.
  • Manage financial reporting parameters in the L3Harris ERP system. To include tracking of product Orders, booking shipment-based Sales, and Billings/Cash management.
  • Prepare monthly Program Management Review (PMR) financial charts, highlighting key financial results, trends, and outlook.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.


Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop financial models and collaborate on execution of plans.
  • Experience with a financial system such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Experience with a COTS business model or government contracts.
  • Hyperion Financial Management or equivalent planning and consolidations tool experience.
  • PeopleSoft Financials and CinCom Control ERP experience are preferable.
  • A&D industry experience is also beneficial but not necessary.
