The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Lab Operations Integration Engineer to support lab build activities, test system integration, and technology upgrades for the E7 program. This position reports to the Labs Management Team within the Systems Engineering and Labs Integration Team and is located 100% onsite in Tukwila, Washington.
The E7 program is a high-visibility, advanced military aircraft initiative supporting the U.S. Navy and international customers. As a Lab Operations Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in the setup, configuration, integration, and maintenance of lab test systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with security and program requirements while supporting product and system evaluations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform Build of Equipment (BOE) processes, including setup, configuration, and integration of test systems and lab equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lab and test systems to maintain operational readiness.
- Manage technology upgrades to ensure lab capabilities remain state-of-the-art.
- Maintain strict configuration control and documentation for all lab assets in compliance with security and program requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols to support product and system evaluations.
- Design and integrate test systems and software to support lab operations.
- Provide technical support to project management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and security teams to ensure lab operations meet safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Support classified lab operations and maintain adherence to configuration management principles.
This position will be 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- 5 or more years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with classified lab operations.
- Knowledge of test system design and software integration.
- Familiarity with security and regulatory compliance in defense environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $111,350-$150,650
