Position Summary

As a Junior Project Manager at Jet Aviation Business Jets AG in Kloten, you'll join a passionate team driving projects that shape the future of business aviation. You'll work hands-on with cross-functional teams, contribute to digitalization and process optimization, and develop your project management skills from day one.

This position is an office-base role in Kloten with a regular on-site presence requirement.
Your role
- Analyze and Document: Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, translating outcomes into clear scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Drive Project Progress: Support project planning and execution across all phases, tracking milestones, actions, dependencies, and deliverables to keep initiatives on course.
- Maintain Transparency: Create and maintain project documentation, such as charters, project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status reports, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Manage Risks: Support the management of project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely follow-up, documentation, and escalation where appropriate.
- Communicate Effectively: Prepare and coordinate project communications for stakeholders, including structured status updates and executive-ready summaries.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the IT PMO and third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are understood, implemented, tested, and accepted.
- Support Change: Assist with change and adoption activities, including training plans, materials, and user communication to drive successful project outcomes.
- Administer Tools: Administer and support selected software systems and tools, coordinating with IT and vendors as needed for access management, configuration, and data quality.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (aviation focus is a plus).
- First experience (internship, working student, thesis project) in process analysis, project coordination, digital tools, or change initiatives.
- Exposure to business aviation or operational environments is an advantage.
- Strong motivation to grow in project management and business transformation.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team spirit and the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
