CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET with Polygraph eligibility is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.

Monitoring the status of network elements, to include switching equipment, radio equipment and data communications equipment, the Technical Operations Specialist will respond to and clear alarms, perform fault isolation and issue trouble tickets, and provide customer assistance. Well count on you to maintain records, compile reports, graph, chart and provide leadership for other work team individuals with less technical expertise. Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with work groups, project leaders and program managers, you may serve as shift supervisor, functioning as the lead point of contact for that shift.

• Bachelors degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent experience
• Ability to apply company and program policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
• Demonstrates good communication skills in regular interface with customers of the system or network
• Clear understanding in the technical application of network management systems and corresponding tools

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $30.45 - USD $30.45 /Yr.
