Amentum is seeking a dynamic and agile Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst to support Theater Army intelligence collection efforts in U.S. Army-Pacific’s (USARPAC) Intelligence Directorate at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

As a GEOINT Analyst, you will be an essential part of an intelligence team, responsible for performing the full spectrum of GEOINT analysis from NTM derived imagery to answer senior decision-maker and warfighter Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). You will apply consulting skills and GEOINT technical expertise as part of a team that provides GEOINT to our client’s Requests for Information (RFIs). You will also be generating time-sensitive intelligence reports, alerts, and briefings to support tactical and strategic decision-making by Combatant Command and Army leadership as well as operational units.

Your duties will further include exploiting NTM EO, SAR, and IR imagery using tools such as Remote View, SOCET GXP, and iSpy. Leverage GEOINT Analysis and Production tools such as Cedalion, GETS, NPW, Fade Mist, Thresher, Bohdi, and/or similar applications. Authoring First and/or Second Phase GEOINT reports. Ability to work flexible hours to meet mission requirements. You will be adhering to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard classified information and maintain operational security. You will contribute to the refinement of GEOINT analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance the team's overall effectiveness, and providing direct intelligence support to real-world military operations, training exercises, and crisis response efforts in the Pacific.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform the full spectrum of GEOINT analysis from NTM derived imagery to answer senior decisionmaker and warfighter Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
  • Apply consulting skills and GEOINT technical expertise as part of a team that provides GEOINT to our client’s Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Produce detailed reports and briefings that accurately convey the findings of geospatial analyses.
  • Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments to provide actionable intelligence and context.
  • Use comprehensive understanding of collection platforms to combine information from various sources, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience exploiting NTM EO, SAR, and IR imagery using exploitation tools such as Remote View, SOCET GXP, and iSpy.
  • Experience using GEOINT Analysis and Production tools such as Cedalion, GETS, NPW, Fade Mist, Thresher, Bohdi, and/or similar applications.
  • Experience authoring First and/or Second Phase GEOINT reports.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet mission requirements.
  • An active Top Secret/SCI. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of focused GEOINT experience or HS diploma/GED and 6+ years of focused GEOINT experience. Total years of relevant experience in the Intelligence Profession will be considered. GEOINT/GIS Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain technical roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Experience working in an NGA facility or COCOM (CENTCOM, EUCOM, INDOPACOM, AFRICOM).
  • Experience with Structured Observation Management (SOM).
  • Completion of a military service MOS/AFSC/NOS granting Imagery Analysis course.
  • GEOINT Professional Certification Fundamentals Imagery Analyst Level II (IA-II).

The salary range for this position is $110K to $130K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
