This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Position Summary:
The Food Service Contracts Analyst supports the administration and oversight of the corporate food service contract in Wichita. This role monitors contract performance, processes supplier invoices, supports supplier audits, and coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective food service operations. The position partners with multiple organizations such as Facilities, Procurement, Finance, Environmental/Safety, Fire/Security, and leadership to support service delivery, operational improvements, and data driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor the food service supplier contract, maintaining documentation and tracking performance against service requirements and key performance indicators.
- Serve as the primary contact for food service suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues and support day-to-day contract execution.
- Process, validate, and route supplier invoices; coordinate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
- Monitor food service spending and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
- Conduct supplier audits to verify contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and adherence to food safety and quality standards; document findings, report out and track corrective actions.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities for cost savings or operational improvements.
- Support initiatives to improve food service quality, standardize processes, and optimize supplier performance.
- Assist with preparing Statements of Work (SOW), service scopes, schedules, and pricing for contract renewals or service updates.
- Partner with Facilities, Procurement, Finance, Environmental/Safety, Fire/Security, and leadership to maintain consistent food service operations and implement process improvements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract administration, supplier coordination, food service operations, or vendor management
- Experience supporting supplier performance reviews, audits, or compliance activities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP or similar financial or procurement systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience supporting corporate food service, catering, or vending operations.
- Experience supporting contract addendums/renewals, Statements of Work (SOW), and supplier performance metrics.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulatory requirements in commercial food service environments.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments, customers and suppliers.
- Experience supporting project scopes, timelines, and operational improvement initiatives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range - Associate (Level 2): $61,500 - $94,350
