The Boeing Company is looking for a Financial Analyst Manager to join the Mobility, Surveillance and Bomber (MS&B) team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space, & Security business organization.  

As the Financial Analyst Manager, you will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the Executive Transport & Surveillance (ET&S) portfolio, ensuring excellence in cost management, earned value discipline, and overall program financial performance. You will play a critical role in supporting mission-essential defense and international programs while serving as a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, helping to shape the future direction of finance in Oklahoma City.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees performing EACs, budget development, forecasting, business case development, and financial/risk analyses

  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals

  • Acquire resources for projects and lead process improvements

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

  • Provide oversight and approval of financial approaches, products, and processes.

  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees.

  • Interface with external customers on financial performance and reporting.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related role

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role

  • Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing relationships with business partners

  • Experience with Long Range Business Planning (LRBP), forecasting, and resource planning processes

  • Experience with team building, developing, and motivating employees

  • Experience leading teams through transformations

Summary Pay range: $99,450 - $134,550
