V2X is seeking a H-60 FMS Financial Team Lead (Journeyman) to provide financial management support to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) MH-60R Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. This position supports PMA-299 Business Financial Managers (BFMs) in planning, executing, monitoring, and analyzing program financial requirements. The Team Lead serves as a subject matter expert for financial processes and systems, provides guidance and training to team members, and ensures accurate execution of funding, budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) modifications in support of customer requirements. 


Responsibilities
  • Provide financial management support to PMA-299 Business Financial Managers (BFMs) supporting the RAN MH-60R Program.
  • Collect, analyze, and track case budget requirements while coordinating with multiple program offices, contractors, and U.S. Government agencies.
  • Execute program funding transactions within ERP systems in accordance with approved budget requirements and customer direction.
  • Perform monthly expenditure forecasting, re-baselining, and disbursement analysis using financial tracking tools; identify and resolve funding and disbursement issues.
  • Serve as a financial systems and processes subject matter expert; provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Support the preparation and processing of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) amendments and modifications.
  • Occasional travel, including air travel, may be required.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • One year of directly related experience may be substituted for one year of education, where applicable.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting government financial management, budgeting, accounting, or program financial operations.
  • Experience working with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, U.S. Government financial processes, or Department of Defense financial systems preferred.
  • Experience performing budget execution, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience providing guidance, mentoring, or training to team members.

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

Skills and Technology:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and financial management databases.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with government customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

    • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company: USD $95,000 - $120,000
