Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring for an Experienced Staff Analyst to support our Space and Intelligence delivery team in Kennedy Space Center, FL.

This ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various to build relationships and support the needs of our teammates. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the various programs and sites that we deliver training to.

To be successful in the role, you should have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and integrate across functions, demonstrated project execution skills, and be a self-starter with initiative who has a deep passion for our employees.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages and provides reporting for staffing on the program, including the use of the Adaptive Planning tool.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information.

  • Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or organizational materials to senior leaders.

  • Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings.

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational onboarding and training.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in using the MyLearning system.

  • Experience working closely with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, and/or classified work environment

  • Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments

  • Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office software

  • 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating reports

  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors’ Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution

  • Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions

Relocation:

Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates. Basic relocation will be offered to internal candidates.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range:

$97,750 - $132,250
