Description:This Executive Support Technician provides high-touch, white-glove IT support to C-level executives and senior leadership, acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues. This role requires exceptional customer service, discretion, and advanced troubleshooting for Windows/Mac, mobile devices, and AV systems to ensure seamless productivity.
Basic Qualifications:
· Significant experience providing exemplary support for Corporate Executives and their staff.
· Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
· Significant Desktop support experience with Windows OS (Windows 10, 11).
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites
· Experience operating and maintaining HW/SW configurations
· Knowledge of Cloud Computing
· Experience supporting IT equipment to include:
§ Desktop PCs, Workstations and Laptops, Apple systems.
§ Printers and other peripherals.
§ Networking devices and other infrastructure components (to include Wireless technologies).
§ Stationary communications devices, such as desktop and conferencing phones, Mobile personal wireless devices, such as iPhone, iPad, Tablets/Lite-weight, Laptops.
§ Other electronic devices as required.
o Ability to work a flexible work schedule as needed and support 24/7 on call schedule.
o Locations require US Citizenship

· Knowledge of LM Space Systems Company
· Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to customer service.
· Significant experience interfacing with customers, IT management, and vendors; effectively representing the IT support organization.

· Experience researching and supporting new and emerging technologies.
· Experience in IT customer service environment using Service Central ITSM, in support of Windows desktop and high- end engineering tools.
· Working knowledge of server architecture and administration.
· Networking devices and other infrastructure components (to include Wireless technologies).
· Audio/visual systems, such as projectors and teleconferencing equipment, and conference room support.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
