You will be the ERP Business Analyst Sr for the MFC F&BO Business Intelligence team. Our team is responsible for delivering training and transformative tools for material financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.


What You Will Be Doing


As the ERP Business Analyst Sr you will be responsible for developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that enhance MFC F&BO business processes.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI specifications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data‑driven improvement opportunities.

  • Provide training and support to end‑users on BI tools.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial management standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with BI reporting and financial analytics. Hands‑on experience with modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and a deep understanding of SAP ERP/MRP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP PP).
Ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP systems into BI environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills; proven ability to produce documentation and deliver training for end‑users.
Desired Skills:
Strong SQL proficiency and solid data‑modeling expertise. Advanced certifications such as CBIP, SAP FI/CO, SAP BW/4HANA, or PMP, and/or a graduate degree in analytics or data science.
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities (predictive forecasting, anomaly detection) into SAP‑based BI workflows.
Familiarity with SAP data‑warehouse solutions (SAP BW, SAP HANA) and ETL tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or SSIS.
Strong grasp of data‑governance, security, and compliance standards within a financial context.
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable cost savings or efficiency gains through automation, process redesign, or advanced analytics on SAP data.
Ability to lead change‑management initiatives and create self‑service reporting environments.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
