The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) P-8 Program is seeking a Production Integration K-Level Manager to support new customer campaigns, production lot statement of work (SOW) development during proposal activity, NRE execution, and operations improvement activities. This position will be 100% onsite.

The P-8 Program, together with our suppliers, builds and delivers the safest, most sophisticated Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Anti-surface Warfare (ASuW), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) weapon system in the world. The P-8 Mission supports the US National Defense Strategy by making the oceans and seas transparent.

As a Production Integration K-Level Manager, you will translate engineering strategy for campaign support and execution into measurable milestones, communicate tradeoffs and progress to senior and executive leadership, and lead the tactical execution of integration plans.

Position Responsibilities:• Lead integration efforts for NRE supporting production lots.• Support the Program Risk and Opportunity Board for technical integration activities.• Coordinate resource requirements with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure proposals are executable and timelines are met.• Partner with Business Development and Program Management on future production lot campaigns.• Provide integration support for production improvement activities, including oobeya and quality improvement initiatives.• Apply critical thinking, problem solving, change management, project management, influencing without authority, and consultation skills to support program objectives.• Proactively communicate with leadership teams, peers, and customers.• Review and approve technical exports, help develop export plans, and ensure program compliance with U.S. export law and policy.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry 

•Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• Experience with the P-8A aircraft.

•3+ years of experience leading people, projects, or teams.• Experience presenting technical content to Boeing and customer leadership.• Strong project management skills.

• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, change management, project management, influencing without authority, and consultation skills.• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.• Ability to communicate concisely in writing and verbally, including one-on-one, in small groups, and to large audiences.

Summary Pay Range: $151,300-$204,700
