Position Summary

Integrated within the Engineering Department, you will perform, manage, follow, supervise electromechanical activities on projects. Supported by the Mechanical Leader, you will design Jet Aviation's design principles and will ensure their successful integration, Design and Validate Electrical harnesses and Equipment installation with associated Design Principles from Architecture to Detailed Design phases up to Manufacturing support under the relevant regulation, installation processes/methods/tools and procedures

Main Responsibilities

• Electromechanical design/structures according to established Design principles under the supervision of the Mechanical Lead during the Design cycle.
• Make 3D engineering models and 2D drawings as well as make designs and assembly and installation drawings according to the rules and processes of electromechanical engineering design
• Processes and tools applicable to electrical design
• Dynamic person able to adapt the continues changes that appear during the different design and manufacturing phases
• Deal with a lot of interfaces and departments, so good social skills will be appreciated
• Support to the manufacturing and installation process (Review, Deviation Sheets, Concession).
• Identify risk elements and participate in their evaluation and propose efficient and innovative solutions.
• Carry out technical inspections of the aircraft (photographs, dimensions, 3D scanning...).
• Record of lessons learned to ensure the efficiency of future projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree/Master in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Electromechanical Engineering Design/Aeronautical Structures.
• Knowledge in ATA 92 and different types of aircrafts (Boing, Airbus, etc)
• Knowledge in Electrical and/ or Electromechanical design, including NX knowledge
• Proficient with CAE and CAD tools (preferably Siemens NX, TeamCenter, AutoCAD, etc.).
• High English and Spanish level is mandatory.
• Used to work in international environments and projects.
• Good and positive communication, motivated team player.
• Used to work in a highly demanding environment.
