Director of Supply Chain

Role Overview:

• Lead Procurement, Inventory Management, Planning & Scheduling, Logistics, and Material Flow operations.
• Build an integrated supply chain organization supporting prototype, LRIP, and full-rate production.
• Own supply continuity, material readiness, supplier performance, and logistics execution.
• Develop scalable systems, reporting, and operational cadence across manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement, planning, inventory/materials, and logistics organizations.
• Drive supplier performance, sourcing strategy, and supply continuity.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and Line of Balance execution.
• Lead inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, kitting, and material flow.
• Oversee domestic/international logistics and trade compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

• 12+ years of supply chain or operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-functional supply chain organizations.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, RF, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience supporting LRIP → FRP transitions.
• Experience implementing ERP/MRP infrastructure.
• Familiarity with serialized hardware and configuration-controlled manufacturing.
