Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support execution of the General Integration Program. This role partners closely with the Program Director and Program Technical Director to help lead day-to-day program execution and ensure successful delivery of contract requirements across cost, schedule, staffing, performance, compliance, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting or leading federal program execution in a customer-facing environment and can effectively coordinate across technical, operational, and business functions to keep work on track and aligned with contract objectives.

Work Location / On-Site Expectations:
This position requires full-time onsite support, 5 days per week, during the first 90 days of employment. After 90 days, the onsite requirement will be reevaluated based on program needs and individual performance. Any approved hybrid schedule will still require a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Program Director in the day-to-day management and execution of the General Integration Program
  • Partner with the Program Technical Director to ensure technical efforts remain aligned with contract requirements, program priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Help drive program execution to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with performance expectations
  • Coordinate and manage program resources, including personnel, budgets, vendors, and operational priorities
  • Develop, maintain, and track program schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and performance metrics
  • Identify execution risks and support mitigation strategies to improve delivery and program outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, internal policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support coordination across program, technical, operations, and support teams
  • Serve as a key interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and support customer communications, issue resolution, and program reporting
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and direction to program staff in support of contract performance
  • Act on behalf of the contractor, as delegated, in support of task order execution and required services
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, including at least 6 years of relevant experience in program management, deputy program management, project management, or contract/program execution leadership
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading execution of federal government programs, contracts, or task orders
  • Experience managing or supporting schedules, staffing, budgets, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to start with an Interim Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet DOJ residency requirements
  • Ability to obtain PMP certification within 12 months of hire
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Prior experience supporting DOJ programs or programs of similar size, complexity, and customer visibility
  • Experience working directly with government customers, including COR interaction
  • Experience managing vendors and supporting program reporting
  • ITIL v4 certification


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
