DATA ENTRY CLERK II

As a Data Entry Clerk II, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Arkansas Medicaid. You will play a crucial role in data quality for customer satisfaction reporting.
Collaborate with survey team to identify data discrepancies
Utilize Microsoft office, adobe, GDIT's survey capture tool

The Data Entry Clerk II must have:
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: 1+ years of related experience
Technical skills: Microsoft office, adobe
Role requirements: Little Rock office
- Enter survey responses and customer information into company databases or survey management systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and validate data for completeness and consistency; promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical survey records for easy access.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data in compliance with company and federal privacy regulations.
- Respond to customer or team inquiries regarding survey submissions.
- Assist in quality assurance processes, including data audits and reconciliations.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $13.60 - $18.40. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
