The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting opportunity to support a new Counter-Improvised Explosives Device (C-IED) training program focused on enhancing foreign partners ability to mitigate IED threats. As a C-IED Instructor/Trainer, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse program and team executing C-IED instruction and training, logistics movements, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and
partner engagement. The C-IED Instructor/Trainer will work as part of a team to implement and deliver all training requirements to support foreign partner military forces while helping to enhance regional security. The place of performance is located in Erbil, Iraq and can include Forward Operating Base (FOB) locations. A rotational 4-month training cycle is anticipated, with intermittent dwell time, prior to redeployment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and conduct C-IED training to foreign partner military forces in an austere operating environment
- Instruction of basic, intermediate, and advanced C-IED and EOD training programs to satisfy program requirements and objectives
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with U.S. military representatives, foreign partner representatives, and business partners, as required
- Coordinate with interpreters, as required, to deliver training requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
Senior-Level
- Secret level security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience conducting partner nation capacity building operations and organizing, executing, and sustaining C-IED training programs
- SOF and/or EOD experience supporting C-IED operations
- Experience coordinating with TSOCS, COCOMS, and USEMBS
- Experience coordinating EXORDS, OPE concepts, and EVAC planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with senior military leader engagements and briefings
- Demonstrated ability to operate in austere environments
Mid-Level
- Secret level security clearance
- High School degree
- 5+ years of experience conducting partner nation capacity building operations and organizing, executing, and sustaining C-IED training programs
- SOF and/or EOD experience supporting C-IED operations
- Experience coordinating with TSOCS, COCOMS, and USEMBS
- Experience coordinating EXORDS, OPE concepts, and EVAC planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in austere environments
Desired:
- SOF, EOD, or AWG experience conducting C-IED training programs with partner nation military forces
- JIEDDO/JIDA/JIDO/DTRA experience as a Joint Expeditionary Team (JET) leader and/or member
- USCENTCOM AOR operational experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:
