Full-Time Salary Range: $43285 - $69256
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Configuration Management Accountability:
- Ensure compliance with company and program policies.
- Review technical requirements and develop program-specific Configuration Management Plans.
- PLM System Management:
- Perform updates of Product Structures and documents in the PLM Systems.
- Create new documents and repositories with standard folder structures.
- Administrative Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks, re-routing or troubleshooting issues in the CM Process.
- Support migrations, data validation, testing, and rollout of tool updates.
- Compliance and Software Builds:
- Ensure compliance with proprietary and export marking requirements.
- Create Software Builds based on program needs.
- Media Backups and Archival Storage:
- Create media backups for archival storage.
- JIRA/Bitbucket/Synergy Management:
- Create projects with standard folder structures.
- Manage standard permissions/user permissions.
- Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage HW and SW Synergy changes, including PR creation, ECR reviews, LRFs for Windchill delivery, and backups for archival purposes.
- Manage HW/SW Jira/Bitbucket changes, including reviews, LRFs for Windchill delivery, and backups for archival purposes.
- Create and update analysis documents.
- Provide external Exostar user onboarding, maintenance, and support.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
- Exhibits sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers, suppliers and auditors.
- Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports, documents, Product Structures, and Engineering Changes.
- Ability to learn computer-based tools and systems quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced multi-project environment.
- Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and schedule
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of hardware and software configuration management tools, best practices, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience using Windchill applications.
- Knowledge in UNIX and Vax commands.
- Demonstrates functional knowledge of Hardware, Software, and Firmware configuration management tools, best practices, and industry standards.
- High proficiency using Word and Excel from creating to editing objects.
