The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated Information Digital Technology professional to join our Enterprise Business Systems team as a Classified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Senior Manager in Berkeley, MO.
This position is responsible for the Classified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) portfolio of the Enterprise Business Systems organization and will serve as the ERP implementation leader with responsibility for all things classified ERP, reporting to Senior Director SAP COE.
Position Responsibilities:
Champion Boeing values and model expected leader behaviors across cleared teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Define, own, and communicate the SAP S/4HANA vision and multi‑year roadmap for classified programs, ensuring alignment to mission objectives, accreditation constraints, and enterprise security posture at SECRET, TOP SECRET, SAR, and SCI levels
Own and govern SAP Classified Baseline/Template under Process, Applications, Data, technology and Solutions Pillars in alignment with Boeing SAP Enterprise Baseline Standards and Guidelines defined by SAP COE Architecture for all classified programs
Establish, chair, and drive SAP governance forums with cleared stakeholders, Authorizing Officials, Program Security Officers, and system integrators to approve architecture, transport strategies, release schedules, and risk acceptance decisions
Enforce governance for change control, configuration baselines, and accreditation conditions to sustain Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) and meet continuous monitoring requirements
Direct performance and security expectations for cleared system integrators and vendors: set SLAs, measure delivery and security performance, and ensure supply‑chain and personnel clearance compliance
Serve as the senior accountable owner for SAP security posture within classified programs, including RMF/ATO compliance, adherence to NISPOM/ICD guidance, continuous monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and POA&M closure
Ensure rigorous SAP GRC practices across role design, segregation of duties (SoD), privileged access management, periodic access reviews, and emergency/ break‑glass governance
Own policies and controls for handling classified data in SAP: data classification, masking/pseudonymization for non‑production environments, secure migration and cutover controls, media handling, and SCIF/enclave requirements where applicable
Enforce strict transport and chain‑of‑custody procedures for changes into accredited environments, including controlled exports and manual review of transports for classified content
Act as the cleared executive liaison to government customers, program leadership, Authorizing Officials and oversight bodies—represent program status, risk posture, and remediation plans
Translate mission and policy changes into prioritized, actionable adjustments to the SAP portfolio and clearly communicate impacts to leadership and user communities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
10+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
10+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives in industry and government
10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: ERP, SAP
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects
Experience working with senior government organizations that oversee policy development and management
Experience presenting to multiple audiences, including executive leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $191,250 - $258,750
