The Boeing Company is looking for aChief of Staff-Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Functional Chief Engineer (FCE) (Entry-Level or Associate) to join our team inEverett, Washington. This role will directly support the HFE FCEoffice, and partner with leaders and members of the Technical Fellowship across Human Factors Engineering, and peer FCE offices, tooptimizeorganizational effectiveness, and enable the HFE FCE to focus on high-impact leadership priorities. This position serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner,facilitatingcross-functional collaboration, managing key projects, and ensuring alignment across theHFEorganization and broader enterprise.

PositionResponsibilities:
Work closely with the HFE FCE and core leadership team to manage daily operations, prioritize initiatives, and streamline decision-making processes
Oversee the strategic management of the FCE’s travel plans, content, and follow-up
Serve as a liaison between the FCE and internal/external stakeholders, including engineering teams, program leaders, peer FCE offices, and executive leadership
Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensuretimelyfollow-up on critical issues
Prepare and review presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership and external partners
Analyze data and metrics to provide insights that inform strategic planning and operational improvements
Coordinate strategic programs across the FCE office, ensuring alignment with Boeing’s businessobjectivesand Human Factors Engineering goals
Foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence within the Human Factors Engineering organization
Act as a delegate for the FCE at non-technical meetings
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Basic Qualifications(Require Skills/Experience):
BachelorsDegree

3+ years expert-levelproficiencywith all Microsoft Office suite applications
1+yearexperience leading or managing a cross-functional project
1+ year experience leading by influence, without formal authority
Preferred Qualifications(Desired Skills/Experience):
Level3:3or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+years’ experiencein a role that enables Sr Leader effectiveness and decision making
1+years’ experiencesupporting senior leaders in a cross-functional environment
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
Experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations
Experience synthesizing senior leader conversations into clear actions and summaries
Experience supporting leaders in an Engineering organization
Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
Understanding of humanfactorsengineering principles and their application in the Boeing product lifecycle and/or enterprise safety initiatives
Applicable andappropriate educational/certificationcredentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range forAssociatelevel (Level2): $81,600-$110,400
Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3): $101,150-$136,850
