Position Summary

Our Cabinet Shop designs and produces lightweight, high-end furniture that is both functional and beautiful. From hardwood moldings and exotic veneers to intricate inlays and complex 3D designs, our team master's the fine art of woodworking and veneering. Because every detail matters to our VIP customers, much of our work is still done by hand. As a Cabinet CNC & Machine Operator, you will turn 3D models into exquisite, finished furniture, using a combination of advanced CNC technology and traditional craftsmanship.

This is a night work position, following the below work pattern: 5 nights, Monday to Friday - 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Your mission

  • Manufacture complex 3D-shaped wooden parts, mouldings, and subassemblies using CNC machines and conventional tools.
  • Operate CNC machines based on provided programs; collaborate with programmers to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Produce Corian or similar countertops, as well as mock-ups and templates from engineering sketches.
  • Perform complex repairs and modifications on wooden parts and equivalent materials.
  • Assemble high-quality cabinet monuments and components in line with engineering drawings, safety, and quality standards.
  • Train and support junior operators, sharing techniques and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, enhancing safety, cost efficiency, and cycle times.
  • Work actively and collaboratively within the Cabinet Shop team.
  • Participate in EH&S, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities.
  • Perform occasional installation work in aircraft under supervision.

Your profile

  • Cabinet Maker apprenticeship or equivalent technical diploma.
  • Solid experience with CNC and conventional woodworking machinery (circular saw, band saw, planer, milling machines, hand tools).
  • Ability to read and interpret 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Knowledge of selecting wood logs at vendors according to specifications.
  • Experience as Cabinet CNC & Machines Operator Level 1, with progression toward Level 2.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Smarteam, Catia V5 (Viewer), Fanuk language.
  • Minimum B1 English skills, knowledge of German or French is a plus
  • Personal qualities: self-motivated, flexible, a strong team player, able to stay calm under pressure.
