Position Summary

The Billing Assistant manages accurate and timely invoicing, resolves billing discrepancies, and supports accounts receivable while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner;
• Verify billing data, correcting any errors before invoicing;
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers or internal teams;
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service) to ensure accurate billing;
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices;
• Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• One or two years of work experience in a similar position;
• Aviation experience and background (a plus);
• Fluent in English (German or other language skills are a plus);
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Flexibility, very well organized and team player.
