Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our BGS Business Operations – Office of the BGS CEO team in Plano, TX.

In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help BGS Business Operations execute a variety of projects and drive overall business integration across BGS. This role will also support the Director of Business Operations in support of the BGS CEO.

To be successful in this position, the selected candidate must be highly flexible, adaptable and resilient, and have exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivers outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, ambiguous and ever-changing environment

  • Coordinates artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared with senior executives and customers

  • Leads the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of the management system

  • Facilitates structured data call process with appropriate stakeholders, leveraging a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Interprets data, performs analysis and presents recommendations to leadership, including metrics reporting

  • Develops project plans, identifies risk and opportunity potential and develops mitigation plans. Presents plans to leaders to gain approval

  • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support decision makers and team members

  • Leads special projects and ensures coordination, implementation, and execution are successful on behalf of leadership

  • Tracks actions to resolution

  • Manages and updates operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Outlook, etc.)

Basic Qualifications(Required Skill/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

  • 3+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion     

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data

  • 3+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics

  • 3+ years of experience leading projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and resilient

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others’ needs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well with various personality types and receptive to feedback

  • Experience working in Program Management and/or Business Operations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $126,650 – $171,350
