About V2X

V2X

V2X is a global mission support and services company that provides integrated solutions to U.S. defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies. Formed through the merger of Vertex Aerospace and Vectrus, the company delivers end-to-end support across logistics, maintenance, infrastructure operations, IT services, and mission readiness for military installations and deployed environments worldwide.

For job seekers, V2X offers a broad range of career opportunities spanning aviation maintenance, logistics, engineering support, cybersecurity, IT services, facilities management, and program management. The company is especially attractive to veterans, transitioning service members, and cleared professionals who want to continue supporting defense missions in hands-on operational roles both in the United States and overseas.

Unlike traditional defense manufacturers focused on building platforms, V2X specializes in sustaining and enabling mission operations. Employees often work directly in support of military readiness—maintaining aircraft, managing base operations, supporting deployed logistics, and ensuring critical infrastructure functions reliably in challenging environments. This makes V2X particularly relevant for professionals who prefer operational, field-based, and mission sustainment work.

As global defense operations become more complex and logistics-heavy, demand continues to grow for integrated support providers like V2X. For professionals seeking stable, mission-focused careers with strong ties to real-world military operations, V2X stands out as a key employer in the defense services and readiness ecosystem.
