BGS is seeking an Associate Property Management Specialist whowill support the management of Government, Customer and Boeing property at the Boeing Oklahoma City Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Warehouse to ensure compliance with Government regulations and Boeing procedures. Position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Government regulations and Boeing procedures as it pertains to Property Management.

  • Provides support, concepts and formats to enhance and manage information by utilizing off-the-shelf software or Boeing system tools to manage and communicate property information and to establish a property record for company or government property.

  • Tracks the movement of property by coordinating, preparing and documenting applicable forms to accomplish a change of ownership, accountability or location in accordance with applicable government regulations, customer contracts or corporate policy.

  • Perform and review actions included in all 22 outcomes of the Property Management life cycle.

  • Supports the development and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures.

  • Supports the development and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.

  • Educate functional organizations on their roles pertaining to Property Compliance

  • Performs disposition of property identified by company, legal or contractual requirements.

  • Coordinates the physical inventory of property and reconciles results to ensure compliance with regulations. Assists with inventory adjustments, liability determinations and title issues. Ensures all inventory adjustments, liability determinations and title issues are resolved.

  • Reviews records for accuracy and reviews processes for compliance with established procedures and guidelines.

  • Completes all property related activities at completion or termination of contract including disposition of property.

  • Assists in verifying that property records accurately reflect inventory on hand and that equipment servicing requirements are established by responsible organizations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in managing Government or Capital Property

  • Experience with the Goldesp system

  • 1+ years of experience and/or training on FAR and DFARS Property Management compliance

  • 1+ years of experience with government contracts

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Certification issued by the National Property Management Association (NPMA)

  • 1+ years of experience with supporting regulatory compliance processes/audits (e.g. SOX, DFARS, etc.)

  • Experience with data analytics and report automation

  • Experience with mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams of junior and peer engineers

  • 1+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $64,600 – $87,400
